Fairplay Coupon Policy

Fairplay Neighborhood market accepts paper and digital coupons. Customers who choose to participate in the Fairplay Digital coupon program are required to have a Fairplay Rewards Digital account in order to clip and redeem digital coupons.

We gladly accept the following types of coupons:

Digital Coupons

  • We only accept digital coupons found on our Fairplay App or website.
  • Digital Coupons require customers to have a Fairplay Rewards Digital account
  • Limit one store/ manufacture digital coupon per items purchased.
  • No stacking coupons

 Internet Coupons

  • Must have "Manufacturer Coupon" printed on them
  • Must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer
  • Must have a valid Expiration date
  • Must have a scanable bar-code
  • Are acceptable in black & white or color
  • May not be duplicated
  • Coupons must have an expiration date and may not be redeemed after expiration date
  • Coupon value may not exceed cost of product
  • Due to fraudulent coupons, we reserve the right to LIMIT COUPONS Home Printed TO $3.00 MAX VALUE.

 Manufactures' Coupons

  • Must have "Manufacturer Coupon" printed on them
  • Must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer
  • Must have a valid Expiration date
  • Must have a scan able bar-code
  • May not be duplicated.

We do NOT accept the following coupons:

  • Home printed internet coupons that require no purchase
  • Competitor's coupons
  • Buy one Get one coupons without a max value
  • Home printed coupons with a redeem value over $3.00 due to excessive fraud in the home printed coupon category

 Coupon Terms & Conditions

  • Limit one store/ manufacture coupon (paper/ digital) per items purchased
  • No stacking coupons, we do not double value coupons
  • We only accept coupons for merchandise that we sell
  • Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon from the manufacturer
  • Coupons must be present at the time of purchase
  • Items purchased must be exact to coupon (e.g., brand, size, quantity, flavor, color, etc.)
  • Coupons must have an expiration date and may not be redeemed after expiration date
  • Coupon value may not exceed cost of product
  • We do not accept coupons that are copied, blurry, out of proportion, altered, or that will not scan at the point of sale
  • We do not accept coupons presented on an app or mobile device. We only accept digital coupons found on our Fairplay App or website
  • Store management has the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of ANY coupon upon view
  • Store management has the right to limit the quantity of coupons or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single customer, or in a single day
  • Due to fraudulent coupons, we reserve the right to LIMIT COUPONS Home Printed TO $3.00 MAX VALUE
